10th edition: Expectations vs. Reality

We have seen some amount of (quite frankly, very attractive) Eldar datasheets, but we haven’t seen every thing else yet. Here’s why we shouldn’t doom and gloom without seeing all of the factions!

As more and more datasheets for Eldar get released (and in more quantities than other factions), It seems that they are coming out of the gate quite strong. From Runes of Fate, to Eldrad’s powers himself, it seems that the power of the agile Aeldari is going to be oppressively.

Now hold on for a moment, and let me convince you why that idea might be wrong.

This battle cannon is wild. Combined with the new TOWERING keyword means that it won’t be possible to hide from these guys, and we haven’t even seen what the datasheet specific abilities of Knights are. This is the baseline of ‘good’, and there are going to be synergistic abilities to push it further.

But here’s the thing —> everyone is going to have their version of ‘bullshit’ (TM). Just wait – you’ll see.
